Method 1: Track via the order • status page (most common) After you complete the checkout, you will receive a link to the order status page (or it may be in the shipping notification email/text message). You can check the order progress and logistics information on this page. • If the store uses a supported carrier for shipping, the order status page may display real-time logistics updates (including map locations), such as: confirmed, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, attempted delivery, etc. • If an unsupported carrier is used, the order status page usually shows a tracking number and links to the carrier's website. You need to click through to view more detailed logistics progress.
Method 2: Track with Shop App • Customers can use the Shop app to track any valid tracking number. • After creating a Shop account, Shop will automatically sync with Shopify and display the orders you have placed in the Shopify store you are using. • If you use a Gmail or Outlook email address, Shop may also automatically find tracking numbers from your emails to identify trackable orders; for other email addresses, you can manually add tracking numbers.
• Check your email's spam/junk folders (confirmation emails may sometimes be sorted into these folders). • Search for order-related keywords in your email (such as the store name or 'order'), and you can also try searching for a tracking number (tracking numbers sometimes appear in shipping notifications).
• If you selected SMS updates at the time, you can also search your messages for order information.
• Contact the store where you placed the order directly.
• Check the notifications sent to you by the store: When a merchant cancels an order, they can choose whether to send a cancellation notice to the customer, so you may (or may not) receive an email about the order being canceled. • Contact the store where you placed the order directly: Ask the merchant to confirm the reason they selected for canceling the order and the follow-up procedures.
